- Experience in IRIS System.
- Knowledge of IRIS product.
- Knowledge of ATM operations and switching.
- Experience in banking domain.
- Knowledge of Card Life cycle.
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to handle issues without any personal intervention.

1. Responsible for accurate and timely completion of Individual Support and Services Plans (ISSP), Critical Incident Reports (CIR), Notice of Actions (NOA), and all other required forms, assessments and documentation as indicated by IRIS program policies and procedures.

2. Responsible for completing the Long-Term Care Functional Screen (LTCFS) certification and completing annual and rescreens for their participant caseload. Participates in ongoing training and education related to the LTCFS.

3. Directs collaboration between participants, natural supports, service providers, community resources and others to assist participants in meeting their life outcomes.

4. Provides assistance to other ICs during times of absences and provides training to new ICs as needed

5. Works in partnership with the quality department to develop appropriate measures in support of program outcomes.

6. Attends all DHS, CFI and FPCC required orientations and trainings.
