Job Description

- Post-secondary education in IT or related field
- Experience architecting and building solutions leveraging cloud computing service providers, like MS Azure and Oracle cloud.
- MCSE/ MCITP: Enterprise Administrator with 6 years combined practical hands on experience
- In-depth knowledge administering Exchange Server 2007 and 2010/2016 in a highly available environment including developing and implementing backup/recovery, security, virus protection, spam protection, and Active Directory
- MCITP: Enterprise Messaging Administrator on Exchange 2010 and /or 2016
- VCP with Experience with VMware virtualization technologies and Architecture
- Experience with Microsoft ISA 2006 / TMG 2010 / F5
- Experience and Knowledge of Symantec NetBackup
- Experience and Knowledge of Citrix XenApp and Access Gateway
- Knowledge of HP Hardware, Blade Systems, Storage, Openview and Virtual Connect
- Basic Knowledge and experience in Networking and Firewalls
- ITIL v3 foundation or Equivalent knowledge in service management
- Ability to design HLD and LLD to deploy client solutions
- Operational experience in managing/maintaining complex environments within a managed service environment
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with specific focus on technical and operational documentation
- Willingness and ability to teach and train others
- The candidate must be able, if hired, to close any gap in his knowledge within 6 months of his employment or an approved plan from his line manager to close the gap. This includes testing new products on CLIENT LAB environment, e-Learning available at the partner’s portal, Instructor led Training and on-job training.

Duties and Responsibilities

   - To handle daily Information Systems Design requests and tasks
   - To take the responsibility on delivering complex Systems Architecture and following the CLIENT’s Systems and security standard architecture
   - To ensure service availability and performance targets are achieved with produced designs
   - To act as a point of reference for the Service Operations and Service Transition Departments in regards to the Design and Architecture
   - Support Service Delivery pre   -release and release   -delivery activities
   - Create, document, and implement procedures related to solution builds, device configurations and deployments
   - Develop solutions and deliverables with High and low level designs
   - Self-startup and team player
   - Self-motivated to take ownership of projects without much supervision
   - Steady and fast implementer
   - Ability to time-slice between multiple Systems and multiple customer requirements
As a result, members of the Service Design group must have excellent Design and troubleshooting skills as well as thorough knowledge of all clients’ products, services, and Service Management processes.
